The property gives you the opportunity to enjoy a privileged environment with beautiful views. Located in the countryside, it is the right place for families as well as groups of friends offering everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.
The main building has 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with air con as well and a sofa + fire place, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Independent bedroom apart from the main house with AC and 2 extra beds.
The porch, equipped with an extra large table provided for numerous guests and the ideal pool to cool off, everything is ready to enjoy and live a beautiful experience in authentic Mallorca.
Large terrace, barbecue, private pool, sun loungers, a garden of approximately 4000 M2 equipped with fruit trees (lemon, orange, banana and much more.
Everything you might need to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to visit the emblematic places of the island and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Vacances entre amis à Majorque
Le séjour était super, nous avons pu découvrir une maison dans un secteur très calme et avec de bons équipements. Que ce soit la piscine privé ou encore la terrasse avec barbecue qui nous a régalé pendant nos vacances. La communication avec l’hôte a était très simple et très libre sur la remise des clés à l’arrivée ainsi que pour le départ. Nous recommandons l’utilisation d’une voiture sur place pour rejoindre le centre de Palma ce qui nous permet d’avoir une maison à 20min du centre dans un endroit très sympa. Merci à Chloe pour sa confiance et à bientôt.

Ruhe und Erholung mit tierischer Begleitung
Tolle Villa mit Pool, etwas abgelegen, nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Auf dem Riesengelände dabei: ganze Hühnerstall und div. Katzen, Hund sollte dran gewöhnt sein, seht idyllisch, Frühstückseier gratis!

Nicht so wie beschrieben
Alles verstaubt, der Grill Platz komplett dreckig, Pfanne im Schrank fast am schimmeln, alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, draußen der Tisch mit Bänke teilweise am faulen. Klimaanlage kaputt. Kleiderschränke dreckig. Wir haben alles geputzt und dann das beste draus gemacht. Aus der Finca könnte man soviel machen. Aber leider wird sie nicht gepflegt. Ich würde Sie sofort kaufen. Einziger Lichtblick war Stefan der Verwalter. Super nett und hilfsbereit.
