Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Nul de nul ...

Ne réservé pas la bas.. Après 7 appels la dame me réponds quelle n'a pas vue la reservation et que de toute façon elle n est pas la et ma raccroché. 3 appels après elle ne réponds tjrs pas. Même avec le service d hôtel com pareil elle leur raccroché et ne réponds plus. Pas cool la madame et agressive en plus . Nul de nul
