Just 15 minutes from the city center of Marrakech , Dar Charme is a luxury villa, originally built as the residence of the famous Morrocan architect Elie Mouyal. Immersed in a beautiful park in the Palmeraie area, this property offers all the comfort to spend an unforgettable holiday with the family and friends.
The big grass garden is crossed by a stream, used for irrigation that gives a peaceful atmosphere to the ambient, many fruit trees and flowers. There are also several courtyards and terraces where to spend unique moments of relaxation.
There are two swimming pools, one on the side of the garden, for more privacy, it is 12 meters, the second one, 20 meter is on the other side, with covered terrace where to have lunch and dinners outside all together.

Moving inside the interiors are really pleasant and warm, with a large living room, sofas, the fireplace and reading chairs. All the ambient are well decorated with local crafts classic and oriental paintings. There is a dining room with table and chairs and the fireplace, for the cooler periods, a study room and the fully equipped kitchen.

Dar Charme can accommodate 12 person in its beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all with the fireplace and the air conditioning; 5 of them are located on the ground floor with the direct access to the garden with the following features:
Room 1 has a double king size bed and the dressing room, bathroom with shower
Room 2 has a double king size bed, bathroom with shower
Room 3 has a double king size bed, bathroom with bathtub
Room 5 and 6 have a double Queen size bed, they share the bathroom, are ideal for children

On the first floor there is the Room 4 has a double King size bed, bathroom ensuite with shower and bathtub, a living area, private panoramic terrace and balcony overlooking the Palmeraie, this room is designed as a private apartment
The guests will appreciate the domestic staff at disposal, with the caretaker, a cook, a butler, 2 maid and the gardener, they will help you for any needs to make your stay comfortable and exclusive, is also included a transfer for 6 people.
