Simply Perfect

We had a perfect 4 night stay in this beautiful riad. The staff are very kind and attentive and helped make our visit to Marrakech extra special. Wonderful breakfast with good selection of items. Complimentary snacks, cakes and fruit juices provided daily. Twin room was spacious and very clean. The riad is in a perfect location, within an easy 15 minute walk to the main square and close to all the main visitor attractions. The riad is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. We had a lunchtime flight home and we were provided with a packed lunch which was unexpected and a gift of toiletries which was so very kind. The staff made every effort to make our stay memorable.

The service and staff were incredible. I have nevere felt looked after and valued more . Friendly and warm all staff from the receptionist to the waiters did an impecable job every day . The food was amazing , breakfast was aĺways served with a smile and a choice of local foods as well as continental breakfasts items . I will be back !

I rarely bother to write these reviews, but we had absolutely incredible service here. Staff went above and beyond- even made us a pack lunch for our trip outside the city to stay in a villa we’d previously booked. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The highlight of this hotel is the staff, extremely friendly and always willing to give you advice on your stay, they also surprise you with little gifts and the breakfast and free snacks and tea is excellent. My only complaint would be that the riad looks a little dated in places, cracked tiles in bathroom and some damage from aging in places as well as a faulty lamp in our room. Besides this though, we had an excellent stay.

Really good hotel with excellent staff. A true oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Breakfast was very good and the staff were always friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, nice roof terrace and refreshing pool to cool off in. Highly recommended.

Everything from the moment we entered the riad was 10/10. The staff helped make my husbands birthday so special from decorated tables and room and a birthday cake to singing happy birthday. The spa services are amazing and the staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. The riad is easily accessible to everything in Marrakech and so beautiful. Would 100% be back

This hotel merits its five stars for several reasons but top of them all are its staff. Without exception everybody went out of their way to make us feel welcome . In particular I would like to praise Ahmed, who greeted us on arrival and Younis, Yanni and Ishmael the team who served our breakfast each morning But here is the most important of tips for tourists: Marrakesh in the summer is unbearable. Avoid it
