This place was rundown and short on staff. The towels for the rooms were being folded on top the ice machine and then on top of the counter in the counter by the food register. Carpet was dirty and and building outdated. Comforter on bed was very old. Went to buy a snack and they had empty shelves and was told they were going to close down but didn't and haven't got orders from management that they can reorder.

Clean, quiet motel within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, and super close to Munising and Pictured Rocks. We stayed Sunday - Tuesday so we may have hit a particularly quiet stretch. The breakfast provided was super convenient and there were plenty of options.

It was a little comfortable. However, the air conditioning seems to be on and off. We were struggling to sleep, alternating between being cool and then hot again for hours. The breakfast area was okay. The spa is a little dangerous as the floor was wet and had some black spots. Do we want to come back? Maybe not. It is a reasonable price, but it just needs some fixing.

Had a great 3 day stay. Nine of us were in Munising for a golf tournament. Only issue was our clerk when we got there, should not be in a customer service role. Feel they are getting ready to shut the place down, as they are getting rid of convenience store and gas station .
