Stayed for two nights in a room that was infested with bedbugs When asked for a refund, they said they can’t do anything. They could only change our room and room they wanted to give us was the next room so we just left.

Sauna needs repairs… the door casing isn’t sealed well and hot air escapes through the gaps between the casing & door. Otherwise turn up the heat and allow water to be thrown on the rocks.

Side door unlocked, pool and hot tub were cold, hot tub jets did not work, poor quality shower supplies, wifi would not work half the time, breakfast options limited. Paint from remodeling all messy all over. No elevator. Cheapest option for time needed, but reflected in quality of stay.
