"Hicimos una queja por whatsapp a los propietarios que no fue contestada. Desde Vrbo se nos informó que la hora de salida eran las 18h y la propiedad nos comunicó que teníamos que estar fuera del alojamiento a las 10.30h y no nos dieron opción ni de hablar del malentendido que había. Por lo tanto ..."
