Our pet fee is $150 per stay for a maximum of 2 pets. This covers convenience and extra cleaning.
You may occasionally notice another vehicle passing by, as a cottage used as a long-term rental shares the front gate and private road with the house. Rest assured, you’ll have the entire house and all its amenities completely to yourself to relax and enjoy.
House rules:
(a) General Rules:
- No smoking in house
- No parties
- No unregistered guests
- Quiet hours between 10 pm. and 8 am
- Please try to limit water use during California drought
- Do NOT park on Tip Top Rd/County roadways during snow removal periods
- For your safety, the fireplace in the living room is locked and not available for use
(b) Hot Tub Area:
- No alcohol or drug consumption before or during hot tub use. Use of hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or heavy medication is prohibited.
- Guests may not use bubbles, soaps, bath bombs, oils, or any other solvent which may damage the hot tub.
- No children under 18 permitted without adult supervision.
- No glass containers near the hot tub.
- Do not stand on the hot tub when covered.
- For your safety, it is recommended that you limit use of hot tub to 20 minutes per session.
- Hot tub, jets, and lights must be turned off after use.
- Guests must shower before entering to maintain cleanliness.
- The cover must be replaced when not in use to prevent debris contamination.
(c) Outdoor Fire Pit:
- Fire pit use is permitted only in accordance with local fire regulations.
- Fires must not be left unattended at any time.
- No children under 18 may be left unattended without adult supervision.
- Only provided firewood or designated materials may be burned.
- Fire pit may not be used during Red Flag Warnings or high winds.
- Fire must be fully extinguished after use.
- No flammable materials or accelerants may be used.
(d) Parking Area:
- Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Owner is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles.
- Guests must adhere to all posted parking regulations.
- Vehicles must not obstruct driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring properties.
(e) Wildlife Awareness:
- The Property is located in an area where wildlife may be present, including but not limited to deer, raccoons, bears, snakes, and insects.
- Guests should exercise caution and avoid feeding or approaching any wild animals.
- Food and trash must be securely stored to prevent attracting wildlife.
- Guests should report any sightings of potentially dangerous animals to the local Department of Animal Control immediately.
