Two nights. Woke up to wet rug under the AC. Room was to be switched and our things moved by housekeeping. Returned at 5pm. Nothing was done. Night manager, moved our room and stuff. He was very accommodating. The rest of our stay was good.

New property and extremely clean. Beach is walking distance as well as some shopping and gas stations. Staff not very friendly, front desk Mayra informed me about a $10 fee for parking which was not advertised when I booked, and she said that’s because I booked through a third party.

We booked this hotel because it offered a heated indoor pool. Once we arrived they informed us that the heat wasn't working for the pool. So we where very disappointed. Otherwise our stay was ok.

Disappointing second stay

We were not told at check in that the pool’s heater was broken. That was the whole reason we booked at this location. We were told each morning that the pool might be fixed that day. It never was. We were also told by one of the desk attendants that we would receive a credit on our bill. We didn’t. In fact, I’m not sure I was ever sent a final bill. Our toilet’s flush was weak. The desk attendant when we arrived acted like I was bothering her by checking in. There was no soap in the men’s public restroom in the lobby and the water from the filling station tasted a little off. This was our second visit here and the first one was great. We will probably try it one more time and see if this location redeems itself.
