Il Terrazzino sul Mare - holiday home ON THE BEACH in Sorrento/Amalfi Coast.

• Our house is on the Sorrento Coast, just a few kilometers from the center of Sorrento, it is only in the pictures, because it is only the pink house on the beach on the Bay of Marina del Cantone / Nerano (famous pearl of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast), just run the house is the only tourist boat from where we will depart from the island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi, etc ....

The house is equipped with:
Refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, mixer, oven and four burners, iron and loan, satellite TV, fans ceiling fans in every room (but the house is well ventilated in Spring / Summer, and hot and comfortable in the short winter), dinnerware and tableware, washing and cleaning, single-dose shower gel, hand soap, single-dose detergent floors, toilet paper, and condiments "basis" for cooking (such as salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, salt and pepper, pepper, red pepper)
* bed linen and supplied goods is scheduled for 1/2/3 or 4 guests.

• Guests will be payable in cash on the "Tourist Tax Municipal" equal to EUR 2.00 per day for adult (on arrival to the property).
• Parking: parking in the bay of Marina del Cantone / Nerano have different solutions.
The first, on-street parking on the blue lines with the City Park Card at a cost of € 30.00 per week or 1 euro per hour. The second solution is to park in the square just behind the house, secure parking with a cost ranging from free to 10.00 or 15.00 euros per day (depends on the month / period);
• Arrivals: For arrivals (check-in) after h. 20:00 you will pay (on arrival) in cash € 40.00 to the property;
• The property reserves the use of the apartment on the first floor.

• if you are considering buying an Italian telephone card for mobile (to call and receive calls), we will advise the Telephone Italian Company: "TIM", because it is unique to a reception in Marina del Cantone / Nerano.
• Winter heating (from November to April)
• Only in the winter (from November to April) "cash" will be calculated and paid "EXTRA" in cash at the end before check-out.
• in winter it is advised to arrive with their cars as public services are active until 06:00 pm
