We had a great stay at the property. The cottage is very clean and comfy and is also well equipped. We did not use the pool as the weather was to chilly for us to brave the pool, but it looks good and was clean.The hosts are very welcoming and are there to help if there are any problems/questions.Very quiet location, ideal for a peaceful rest.We would recommend the property and the hosts.Many thanks for a great stay.Andy & David.

Holiday near Bordeaux

The property internally was very good but needs some finishing off. Property full of flies. VRBO advertised property inclusive of use of pool and hot tub. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this property. The holiday was very relaxing but the property externally needs a bit more loving care.

Séjour vraiment très agréable ! Lieu très calme et apaisant, la maison est propre et bien entretenue. Le micro onde et l'aspirateur mériteraient un petit coup de neuf (avec des enfants en bas âges, ce sont des outils utiles au quotidien) mais je peux comprendre qu'on n'est pas envie d'investir dans ces choses là pour du locatif.Le jacuzzi est génial, l'hôte est très gentil et accueillant.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons louer ce gîte pour un déplacement pour le travail. Un très bon gîte pressé de revenir dans le coin surtout quand les beaux jours sont là pour essayer la piscine jacuzzi après des longues journées de travail. Merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse et la prise de contact.

Séjour Merveilleux dans une Location Accueillante

Notre séjour dans cette location de vacances a été très agréable. Il y avait de nombreuses activités pour les enfants, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et accueillant. Nous recommanderions sans hésitation cette location à tout le monde. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochain voyage ! Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten für die Kinder, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung ohne Probleme jedem weiterempfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Parfaite location entre la Côte et le futuroscope

Très belle maison avec des extérieurs et équipements très agréables et de standing. Le jacuzzi pour se délasser après des journées de visites, quel bonheur A 1h du futuroscope et de la Rochelle Propreté et équipements parfaits rien à dire sauf le lave vaisselle. Enfin, il faudrait changer les conditions dans l'annonce abritel qui ne prévoient pas actuellement de payer un supplément de 50 € pour le jacuzzi. Fabien est un hôte tres disponible et accueillant. Nous recommandons La famille de Dunkerque

Très bonne location

Suite à notre séjour nous avons apprécié tout sauf que nous avons payé 50 euros de frais de spa, alors que sur le contrat le spa était compris! hormis cela nous avons tous passé un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons visité L'île de Ré, et La Rochelle à moins d'une heure du gîte, Niort, les Marais Poitevin très proche. Que du bonheur de retrouver la maison le soir et profiter de la piscine, du jacuzzi, du cadre sans vis à vis et du calme. Des hôtes d'exceptions discrets, simples mais toujours présents en cas de besoin 👍 Vous pouvez réserver... pas de déceptions !
