We did not book a wheelchair accessible room but that is what we were assigned Our luggage was delivered to the room We had no time to wait around and go back down to the check in desk to try to ask if there was availability in another room as we were already late to meet our daughter and son in law Part of our decision making to stay at the Fairmont was their lovely big bathtubs that we were looking forward to a relaxing soak at our convience Very disappointing
