An Island steeped in history with 19 miles of coastline to explore by car, bike or on foot, you will never tire of finding the next beach, boasting 15 sandy beaches and 5 of them blue flag awarded!

Within 0.5 miles you'll find fun for the whole family from museums to Dreamland heritage theme park, through to art galleries galore including the Turner Contemporary.

If you’re a foodie then you will love discovering the many restaurants and bars each town has to offer. You could grab a cocktail opposite Margate's golden main sands, get fish and chips along the beautiful Broadstairs promenade or eat delicious Italian food overlooking Ramsgate's Royal harbour - there's always something to do when in Thanet!

The holiday rental is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Off the hall, discover a large, contemporary kitchen fully equipped with built-in appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, to make your stay stress-free. Broad bay windows bathe the kitchen and dining space in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A convenient cloakroom with toilet is also located on this level.

First Floor – Elegant Lounge & Family Bathroom
Ascending the first flight of stairs brings you to the expansive family bathroom, complete with both a luxurious bath and a separate shower cubicle—perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. Nearby, the elegant lounge boasts an ornamental fireplace and two impressive floor-to-ceiling sash windows that overlook the greenery of Trinity Park. Sink into the ample, plush seating while you enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV (please remember to use your own streaming accounts).

Top Floor – Comfortable Bedrooms for All
On the top floor, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom (Rear): King-size bed, generous storage, and a peaceful ambience.
• Front Twin Bedroom: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a super king, offering flexibility for families or friends travelling together.
• Children’s Bunk Room: A charming space with bunk beds, ideal for younger guests. All rooms include storage for your convenience.
Travelling with little ones? A highchair and travel cot are available, making this retreat ideal for families with children.
Both front bedrooms have distant sea views.

Need More Space or Outdoor Access?
If you are looking for even more room—perhaps to sleep two additional guests, or to enjoy an outdoor area—consider our self-contained basement flat. This flexible option features an extra bedroom, lounge with dining area, a private bathroom, and access to a patioed space perfect for morning coffees or evening relaxation.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Margate train station is approx 2 miles away and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Margate and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
