In addition to the secured gated entrance amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts and fitness room. New 40" flat screen TV and TV in master bedroom. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite, custom cabinets and upgraded appliances. Washer/Dryer in the unit.
All residences in the Somerset face the Gulf of Mexico, providing unobstructed views. Delight in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the private balcony. Somerset amenities include two heated pools, two tennis courts, BBQ grills, and exercise facility.

Great unit, needs a few basic updates
We had a very nice stay in this unit. The furniture all seems recently updated, as well as the washer/dryer, and the bathrooms have been nicely renovated. A few simple amenities would have been greatly appreciated: a few throw blankets (we had to use the comforters from the beds when watching tv at night...), pillows for the kids beds (there were only the pillow shams, which the kids didn’t mind, but teens or adults sleeping in those beds would have been annoyed), and the kitchen utensils need a major refresh (can opener is rusted over, need new spatulas, tongs, knives, oven mits - just those basics were really lacking in this unit). Otherwise, we loved the location and the condo complex was low-key and quiet.
