Absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean and quiet. Easy walk to the beach! The only drawback was the pool was closed for renovation. Would highly recommend this property.

Just so you know before going there, there is a fee of $20 a day for parking and 100 dollars to rent an umbrella and chairs at the beach. Personal umbrellas and chair are not allowed and is not included, so you have to rent. Not recommended

Bathroom was dirty and shower full of hair. Were told when we checked in the pool was 24 hours only to find out it was under construction. To add insult to injury we woke up to jack hammers that felt like they were in our balcony and we were on the 9th floor. No place to eat breakfast or even a vending machine. The beach access was nice but that was it. After bringing it up to staffs attention they were very nonchalant about it and we just proceeded to check out. The bail man was super nice both time but would not stay here again.

We thought our stay was just ok. We saw that the pool was being renovated, which was fine with us, wanted to do the beach anyway. We saw on the site that beach chairs and umbrellas were available, so we didn't pack our own chairs. When we got to the beach the hotel didn't supply chairs or umbrellas. You could rent from a vendor for 30.00 an hour. Ummm No. So we laid on towels in the sand which was very uncomfortable. We decided to eat at the hotel. There were 2 menus in our room. Had decided on what we wanted for dinner only to find out the Restaurant is closed until Oct 1st. So why do you have menus in the room? Keurig coffee maker in the room didn't work. Probably won't be returning. Will try another Resort in the future.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The hotel itself looks great from the outside, with a nice design and overall decent appearance. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction completely ruined the experience. Work started as early as 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to get proper rest or enjoy a relaxing morning. Aside from the noise issue, the stay was just “okay.” Nothing really stood out as exceptional, and for the price point, I expected more. Without the construction disturbance, this could have been a pleasant stay, but as it was, the constant disruption overshadowed everything else. Would only consider returning once the construction is finished.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mi experiencia en Marco Island Ocean Suites fue excelente de principio a fin. El servicio del personal fue impecable, siempre amables y atentos a cualquier detalle. El servicio de parking también merece una mención especial, ya que fueron muy serviciales y rápidos cada vez que lo necesité. Lo que más me gustó es que, ante cualquier duda o necesidad, siempre había alguien dispuesto a ayudarme, ya fuera para responder preguntas o dar indicaciones sobre lugares a los que quería ir. Realmente hicieron que mi estadía fuera cómoda, relajada y sin preocupaciones. Un lugar 100% recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad y un trato personalizado.
