Was very disappointed that the pool was under construction and no one let us know until two days before arrival. Our view was incredible, but ruined by the noise of the construction crew. Michael, the valet, and Lewis, in maintenance, were amazing! The room was great and clean. We had other issues that management didn’t seem in a hurry to fix until we escalated our points a bit.

This hotel is old and outdated. Property could use a facelift and have more high end features for the price point. AC in room was noisy and when I told the hotel staff they just looked at me and didn’t bother to even apologize for the inconvenience. What well trained staff this place has hired.
