A large window connects to the living room, arranged into a sitting and dining area, flooded with natural light through seven floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the private terrace.
The upper floor houses three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a 150x200 cm bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms have two 90x200 cm beds joined together and share a bathroom with a shower.
The duplex includes a Smart TV, fiber internet, air conditioning, and centralized heating, as well as a crib and high chair available upon request. The building has an elevator with step-free access and 24-hour security with video surveillance.
Located in the heart of Marbella and just a few minutes from the seafront promenade, this exclusive duplex allows you to enjoy the beach, the old town, Avenida del Mar, and the marina on foot, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and all amenities.
