This spacious, newly refurbished one bedroom apartment is situated in an idyllic location just 1 minute away from the beach. Perfectly located between the historic old town and the sea, the property is next door to El Fuerte, the luxurious 5 star hotel. Furthermore, there is a direct walkway from the entrance of the building (around 50 meters) that provides direct access to the Paseo Maritimo, the walkway that runs all along the coast, parallel to the beach and sea. A 3 minute walk will take you to the centre of Marbella's historic centre’s shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Best of all, the apartment has recently been refurbish to the highest standard ensuring a comfortable and quality stay.
The property has a decent size balcony with partial sea views where you can enjoy a nice meal or glass of wine. The apartments is open planned with, a spacious living room, dining space and a kitchen. Fully equipped throughout with modern furniture, two Smart-TVs and brand new appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. For guests considering a longer stay, there is ample storage space throughout. There is also AC/heating and the building has an elevator.
The sea and beachside promenade, known as the Paseo Marítimo, is lined with palm trees, traditional chiringuitos as well as more formal restaurants such as Da Bruno, Santiago and The Harbour to name a few.
