This spacious 170 m² apartment offers you comfortable and elegant space for up to 6 people, with three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds), a bright living room and a fully equipped independent kitchen with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, dishwasher and more. Enjoy two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower, and a sunny balcony with impressive views of the sea and the urbanisation's gardens.



Located in one of the best neighbourhoods on the Costa del Sol, Elviria, the apartment is just a few minutes from Marbella's historic centre and marina, as well as close to prestigious local gastronomy, including the Michelin-starred restaurant El Lago.



Furthermore, you can relax and have fun in the three community swimming pools and use the covered parking that is included. The residential complex also offers services for the GREEN LIFE GOLF golf course and tennis courts, available for hire directly at the facilities.
