Jolena, Tom, and other staff were friendly and great. The boathouse was an awesome experience. We enjoyed our morning coffee time outside the boathouse balcony watching outburst of mullets every 15-20 minutes. We got a text at 10:30am stating that our boathouse was ready already, but due to traffic we were not able to get there until 4:30pm. Jolena, kept in contact with me the whole time. Upon arriving to our boathouse, when we flushed out our toilet, flies started coming out. The door knob was broken as well. The next day, we reported it and Tom promptly fixed all of it. We also had a wonderful time when we rented a boat. I have been raving about my experience to my friends and I highly recommend Yacht Haven Marina.

✅ Bucket list: Stay on a houseboat

Staying on a houseboat was a really neat experience! We reserved the "family houseboat" and it was more spacious than I thought it was going to be, especially the bathroom (which was very important, since four people were sharing it). I recommend motion sickness remedies if that is an issue for you. Though the houseboats are on a rather calm cove, being on water affected both my daughter and I at times; we wore those anti-seasick bracelets. Yacht Haven Marina offers free kayaks and bicycles to use during your stay, nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here. My husband and I love the idea of a “Hotel on the water” literally! The boathouse is a great idea for a hotel. First we love the originality, then the cleanliness and comfort. The boathouses are compact but extremely comfortable. We will continue staying here when we come down to the Keys!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and we had a great time, the beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience. The last night there we did see dolphins in the water behind the boat. The A/C was cold and overall the boat was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very peaceful. Plenty of room. Like glamping on the water. We used grill and had plenty of room for guests. Viewed fireworks from sombrero beach staying on the property. Convenient to publix and gas station.

Loved everything about this property. I have a problem with hotels and uncleanliness, but was fabulously surprised by the cleanliness of this property. We stayed in late June so the house boat did get a little hot during the daytime, even with all the windows covered constantly. There were three air conditioning units which helped if they were running non stop. One thing I wish I knew up front: as it is a houseboat, the shower products need to be eco friendly so I wasted all the space/weight in my luggage on items I never used once. The bathroom comes stocked with these eco friendly items so don’t waste precious packing space. Would definitely recommend.

Loved! The check in process was super quick & easy. The Aqua Lodges are amazing. Brand new, extremely clean and stocked . Very comfortable. In a great location. Close to everything Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking steps away. We were beyond pleased. Highly recommend:)

I loved this houseboat! It had 2 full beds in separate spaces, a twin in the loft and a pullout. Plus a kitchen with a full size fridge, sink and 2 burner stove. We borrowed kayaks and bikes to explore marathon - both included with our stay. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the fish and hoping for an off season manatee spotting. It’s also right around the corner from Publix so very quick for late night ice cream and a beer for that porch.
