Any reported issue (no hot water in shower) was quickly addressed. Explanation was helpful (hot and cold directions were reversed) even though it wasn't corrected, we just had to remember to think "backwards" to shower.

The sheets and the room were clean. However, the wifi was very poor and connection was dropping every few minutes. The hairdryer was not in working condition and the toilet was clogged. And finally, on our leaving day they shut off the water for repairs without informing us.
