Overall, the home was great. Very clean, pool (and pool heater) was great and rental manager was excellent at communication. Check-in and checkout was fantastic. Appreciated the lady coming by and taking trash to the road. The mattresses, upstairs and down, were not comfortable. I’m sure the AC is set to automatically go back to a higher temp, but it was a little bit inconvenient to have keep turning it back down all the time. Probably easy to figure out how to adjust it but could not figure it out. The accessibility to the water for kayaks and paddle boards isn’t really feasible (high tide or low) given the height of the dock. You really need a floating dock if that’s legal, or a lower platform. Even with older kids getting the kayaks in and out was really difficult, especially with the ladder covered in barnacles. Lastly, not sure if you can do anything to realistically address this there is zero privacy between the neighboring properties on the porches and pool deck. The hedges help a bit but you might as well be in a condo. Not your fault but they really packed those houses in on that point. Please don’t take this as an indication that we did we did not have a nice stay because we did. Just things we noted and since you asked…
