Os quartos estão reformados e são limpos, poderiam melhorar a qualidade das toalhas e travesseiros. Academia e brinquedoteca ótimas. O principal ponto negativo para mim foi o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente da equipe da praia. Rudes, colocaram todo tipo de dificuldades na hora de alocar as cadeiras na praia. Estava em família em 3 quartos diferentes e não conseguimos sentar juntos, pois a todo momento inventavam um motivo diferente, um dos funcionários teve a falta de respeito de dizer a minha mãe idosa que não disponibilizou as cadeiras para ela porque ela estava no mar, enquanto meu pai estava o tempo inteiro aguardando. Enfim, uma sucessão de erros e maus tratos que estragaram a experiência como um todo.
