Wonderful!

This lovely little home was exactly what we needed! Breathtaking views, stunning Beach and quiet residential neighborhood. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Albert was always very quick to respond with any questions. I would love to come again.

Beautiful view. Charming character house

Albert could not have been more helpful. He was readily available to answer questions and provide information about anything. The house was a great base for exploring the area Wish we could have stayed longer.

Diamant mit kleinen Fehlern

Wir waren 2 Senioren mit Hund.Von der Sandstrasse ,gutes Parken dort,60 Stufen zum 4-spännigen Apartmentkomplex aufwärts.Alle Wohnungen nicht gegenseitig einsehbar mit Duschen jeweils an den Treppen zum Frischmachen beim Sonnen.Highlight die Aussicht über das tiefblaue Meer auf den Golf von Cagliari.Die teilweise efeubewachsene Veranda mit schönem Waschbecken und Grill-kamin läßt Platz für die Sonnenliegen und garantiert schönes Essen im Freien.Alles ist rustikal und einfach,innen wie außen.Beim Betreten steht man im Wohnzimmer vor offenem Kamin mit Sofa,Tisch und TV.Nur ital. TV Programme,Wlan O.K.Rechts grosser Gefrierkühlschrank und Zugang zur kleinen,gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Gasherd.Alles zusammengewürfelt,es sind Grundnahrungsmittel und Gewüze da.Eine kleine Treppe führt in das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.Eine weitere Treppe höher die beiden Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten und prima Air-condition.Ein Strand in 10 Min. zu fuss erreichbar,Zwei Supermärkte,der kleinere neuer mit schlechtem Personal,der größere -PALMIRA- mit Fischgeschäft,Textil-Boutique und gehobenem Pizzeriarestaurant.Dazwischen eine Bar mit Tabakgeschäft..Im Markt Metzger,Bäcker,No-Food. Von diesem Komplex ist in 5Minuten im Ebenen ein hübscher Strand mit Bars erreichbar.Für Hunde sind die Strände gesperrt,man muß an den Rändern bleiben und sollte einen Maulkorb parat halten.Der Vermieter ist sehr kooperativ und beantwortete unsere Fragen umgehend.So war unser Urlaub ein voller Erfolg,sehr ruhig, und erholsam.Grazie mille,Albert....

Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbringen dürfen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht. Hat an allen Fenstern Mückengitter, auch Mücken-Stecker usw. sind vorhanden. In der Küche sind auch einige Grundlebensmittel vorhanden, inkl. Kaffeepulver für den Espressokocher. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat wunderbar geklappt, nur hätte ich die Informationen zur Anreise gerne noch im Heimatland erhalten und nicht erst am Flughafen in Cagliari. Hätte besseres Internetverbindung gehabt daheim. Schöns wars - danke!

Wohlfühloase mit fantastischer Aussicht!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Torre delle Stelle. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist einfach, bietet aber dennoch wirklich alles, was man braucht. Selbst für den perfekten Strandbesuch ist durch Sonnenschirm (in hochwertiger Qualität) und Strandnudel gesorgt. Und wenn man’s mal gemütlicher mag und die grandiose Aussicht genießen möchte, kann man sich bequem in der eigenen Gartendusche Abkühlung verschaffen. Torre delle Stelle selbst verfügt über zwei kleine Supermärkte (1 davon ist im Juli und August durchgängig geöffnet), einige Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Es gibt zwei kleinere Strände mit Bootsverleih und Strandbar, es empfiehlt sich jedoch unbedingt, auch weitere Traumstände und andere Attraktivitäten in der Umgebung aufzusuchen. Last but not least, Albert ist der perfekte Vermieter. Er ist sehr aufmerksam, superunkompliziert und steht jederzeit (per Handy) für Fragen und Anliegen aller Art zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

prima Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Urlaub in Torre delle Stelle war sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch und sehr schön gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen zusammengewürfelt, aber das ist angesichts des günstigen Preises zu verschmerzen. Der Blick auf das Meer und nachts auf den Sternenhimmel macht das locker wett. Der Vermieter Albert ist jederzeit "auf Sendung" und ansprechbar, wenn was ist.

Grandiose Aussicht, schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung, der Blick von der Terrasse ist grandios und die Wohnung ist schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Lage, fantastische Aussicht

Wir (2 Personen) haben im September 10 Tage an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Fragen wurden - per SMS - schnell und unkompliziert vom Vermieter beantwortet. Das Haus und die Ausstattung selbst sind sehr einfach, aber top sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Unschlagbar und grandios ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Einfach nur hier sitzen mit einem Cappuccino oder einem Glas Wein ist schon Erholung pur. Man braucht zu Fuss ca 7 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. 2 weitere kleinere Strände sind schnell (ca 5 Min.) mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Wasser im türkisblauen Meer ist kristallklar. Fazit: ein zwar einfacher, aber schöner Ort, sehr ruhig, um sich vom Alltag zu erholen.

Wahnsinns-Aussicht, tolle Lage

Die außergewöhnliche Aussicht von der Terrasse genießt man bei jedem Wetter und zu jeder Tageszeit. Das ist wie Kino – nur schöner. Zu einem der schönsten Strände Südsardiniens sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings – ohne Auto kommt man nicht weit (Restaurant, Supermarkt, Apotheke). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das doch eher bescheidene Innere der Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung (außer Küche) und Raumangebot eher mäßig – das Bad erreicht nicht die volle Punktzahl. Insgesamt ein bischen "kruschig" ;–) ... Wenn einen das nicht stört kann man sich hier jedoch sehr wohl fühlen! Uns hat es gefallen.

Comfortable appartment with great views

We spent a great week at this nice, well equipped and quiet appartment. Albert and his family made us feel very welcome. The seaview is great and never bores. A beach is within easy walking distance. Many great sites are within easy reach. Cagliari and Nora are well worth a visit. All in all an excellent location to explore southern Sardinia.

Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, die Strände in direkter Nähe sehr schön und nicht überfüllt.

Das Haus ist einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vacanza all'insegna del relax, veranda con panorama mozzafiato, vista sul golfo di Cagliari, tramonto incantevole, i proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, abitazione compresa all'interno di un centro residenziale con market, bar e pescheria vicina alle più incantevoli spiagge del sud Sardegna......da tornarci subito

Ottima location per un appartamento piacevole ma un po' datato

L'appartamento si trova in un centro residenziale di villette in un'ottima posizione con una bella vista. A piedi si raggiunge una spiaggia molto bella e nel raggio di 30 km ci sono alcune delle più belle spiagge della Sardegna Gli ospiti sono simpatici e molto disponibili. L'unico difetto , che comunque non pregiudica la vacanza , sono le dotazioni : mobili , accessori , stoviglie , che sono piuttosto povere. Con un piccolo investimento tutto potrebbe essere perfetto.
