Property is a little outdated but overall clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! No heat upon arrival but fixed within 30 minutes after phone call.

The bed was comfy & spacious. Location was very convenient. Only thing was the housekeeping was very annoying in the morning came barging in at 8am & 4 more times after that. Checkout is at 11 felt rushed to leave

The hotel needs updated. My biggest problem is that housekeeping knocked on my door three times between 8:04 and 10:18 in the morning. I was working and in virtual meetings before heading to the office. It was highly annoying and felt like I was being rushed out. I had to ask her not to come to my door again.

Advertised as having a pool which it does not. Rooms are dated, simple things like the ice machine is broken. Overall rooms are dated and in need of a deep clean.

I was on the 14th floor, top floor and had a gorgeous view of the skyline and some parking lot. There is a restaurant inside, cant say much because i didnt go in and a starbucks connected but outside! Get breakfast anywhere else just fyi, many amazing places nearby. The hotel room itself was amazing, the bed was more comfy than expected and it was HUGE and clean, the carpet felt really clean, i know thats a weird flex but yeah lol. I mean for a king bed room i could fit a twin size air mattress in there and the window, the window sill was HUGE! I could lay on it lol 5'2" ! Not strong water pressure and the tv was horrible but i managed. If your like me and your curious if the tv is mounted on the wall, it is not. Bring your fire stick, you wont regret that. Also i wasnt paid or sponsored, just writing an honest review. By the way THERE IS a mini fridge and microwave in the room, you can call ahead to ask but it was useful to have! Also appreciated the HUGE closet, i could walk in it!

Will not stay here again. Its very loud...outside and other guests. They do have a 10pm noise curfew but it doesnt seem to be enforced. My family was woken up at 1130pm by a staff member and another group saying our room was assigned to them...they were knocking and trying to use a room key. We luckily had the safety latch in place. I called the front desk and the group dispersed. In the morning, I was a little brushed off by the staff stating it was likely a mistake on the other guests part. Parking is 32$ as stated prior to booking. Parking lot is very convenient, so is the location. Their restaurant, The Vig, was good and the staff there were really great. For the safety and staff concerns ... we would not book again.
