grandfathered-in and does not have a traditional foundation. Seasonal shifting can occur, and floors may feel cooler in winter — cozy socks recommended.
• Loft bedroom: The private bedroom is a loft accessed by pull-down stairs. Best suited for adults or guests comfortable climbing. Additional sleeping options are available on the main floor.
• Water pump noise: You'll occasionally hear the water pump when water is in use.
