There was water damage in the bathroom and a giant spider in the bathtub but the floors were laminate and the beds were clean. Can’t complain. The ice machine was broken as well.

Horrible motel disguised as bestwestern.

This hotel is a scam. The first night's check-in was just like any other hotel. On our return the second night, they did not clean the rooms, and when we asked, they sent someone to take everything from the room out to clean, but they never brought any sheets, blankets, or anything back. When we went to the front desk to ask for bedding, they said we could either put up with this or leave the hotel at our choice. We had four kids with us, that we rented a room at another hotel, and we didn't have the money to rent for all of us. We returned to this place and slept without a blanket and reused our towels for the next three nights, being 1000 kilometers away from home. Half of breakfast item are missing and you have to ask for everything.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times (usually around Christmas) and I always have a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the breakfast (which is included in the cost) has decent coffee and a good variety of food choices. The only thing that I would change is the laundry products used on the linens. They are strong smelling and I have to bring my own towels and pillowcases (allergies) and wash my hair and all of my clothes multiple times to get the scent out.

I stayed at this hotel with my two special needs sons and had a great stay. The staff at night checking us in definitely wasn’t the friendliest but we put it off as maybe they were having a bad day..? The rest of the staff were amazing and our stay was very quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again
