This place is terrible. The kiosk check-in is creepy to say the least. The handle for the faucet was laying on the countertop. The dehumidifier was inoperable due to being full of water. Cleaning up the spill from the dehumidifier with lots of fun.The garbage disposal did not work. The refrigerator had no way of making ice cubes. What kind of place has no bathroom sink and no bathroom mirror?

I would completely recommend this property. The only downfall was that we were in their largest room and the air conditioner was inadequate. It was as warm inside the room as outside, at night. They brought us a fan and tried to help, but it did little to improve the temperature of the room. We had family in the smaller rooms and their rooms were air conditioned nicely. It was clean and the price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Someone beat on our door all night, scared us so bad. It was very noisy. Bathrooms were filthy. And the whole room smelled of smoke. The humidifier in the room was very filthy, you could see the grime. I feel we wasted our money!!

Pros: The room was large and clean, parking lot was brightly lit, fairly nice. Cons: check in is very particular from 4-6pm only. No one is on duty after that if you have a problem. Crowd was friendly but loud, lots of smoking. Worst: The shower leaked out the wall into the kitchenette, so we called and asked them to fix it. When we followed up they said it was fixed, but when we tried it again it did the same thing. The next day they admitted that they had done nothing, just "turned it on and it seemed fine". That was not honest of them. It was a big problem for us not to be able to shower, and they were not honest about having fixed the leak.

Old style 60’s property 2 story updated nicely, clean great shower pressure!! Huge bathtub. Relatively quiet. Safe location convenient for driving into Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, or the Cape Hatteras National Seashore
