Independent and cozy part of a villa, bathed in the green surroundings, is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, in which you can admire the wonders of Cuneo, representing an extraordinary connubium of history and nature. From the grandiosity of the highest mountain peak in the Italian Alpes, Monviso, to the unseen beauty of the Langhe wine region, host of the world top-ranked wines, such as Barolo and Nebbiolo, and throughout the numerous hilly castles in the Saluzzo Marchesate , Manta's middle age castle, the tenth century Staffarda Abbey, the Vicoforte di Mondovi's sanctuary, many other precious places you will forever carry in your heart's memory.

This section of the villa has been thought out and restructured to offer cosiness and comfort at the same time. All the internal part of the house is fully private with own entrance. The house is composed of one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The gate entrance and the road leading to the house, as well as the patio is shared with the owners. The house comes with wire broadcasting (USB-key and RADIO connection) and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, NESPRESSO coffee machine, a microwave, blender and a professional ice-cream maker (on request). I remain at your disposal during your stay, yet you have the option to have full privacy or to have a chat during your stay. I am a social and respectful person. Lastly, for longer term guests who are artists or wish to have an artistic glimpse, you can request to use my painting equipment on tripod for a truly "en plein air" paintings.
The house is fully immersed in the peaceful and green harmonious Piedmont hills, from which you can wake up to the sounds of the titmouse chirping. Just one step out of the door and you will be surrounded by an infinite tonality of green that paint the landscape in an unforgettable relaxing and calm place for the mind and body. You can step out the gate and walk the suggestive trails in the forest, where you may see appear on your way fawns, badgers and little squirrels. Furthermore, just as you raise your eyes towards the skies you will admire the Monviso mountain, also referred to as the "Stone giant". In fact, just half an hour drive away, one can reach one of the most suggestive mountain refuges at a high altitude "Pian della Regina". In addition to the forest walks and hikes in the nearby mountain trails all year around, in winter you can easily reach the ski slopes and resorts, housing the winter Olympics in 2016.
Just one kilometer away from the marvelous Manta castle, historic site protected by FAI organization, the house faces the restaurant "Il Galletto". A further walk away, you can find a number of farm restaurants, such as "Le Camelie", "Il Baco da Seta", "I Bucaneve", "al Vecchio Camino".
