This house was perfect for what we needed, to be able to attended family functions but still have our own space. We were able to maintain our routine, keep our own meals, and explore more of Mankato. What I really enjoyed was being able to have a family movie night each night while we were there. Highly recommend this location.

First time in Mankato and definitely would stay here again. The property is very close to Minnesota State, roughly 1/2 mile to the public (free) parking lot and less than 3 miles to downtown. Jenna was easy to work with and we found no issues with the property! It was exactly as described: immaculate, good rooms and heating, quiet neighborhood. The driveway and garage were wide enough to easily fit most, if not all, vehicles. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

The residence was exactly as pictured on line. Jenna was responsive to our questions and was very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was the perfect location to attend activities in New Ulm and Sleepy Eye. Beds were very comfy! Bedrooms are on the upper level of the home so would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed for a quick overnight, so we did not make meals while there, but kitchen seemed to be well stocked with cookware/utensils. Neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient to restaurants and the campus. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need for a few nights was provided. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space for a small family. My only suggestion is to bring cups for your littles if you have them as the ones provided are all glass.

Very comfortable and visually striking place with lots of nice little touches (e.g., gorgeous hand towels in the bathrooms; premium soaps / toiletries). Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware and tools, though I would prefer a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. It was maybe a little dusty -- my allergies flared up after a day there, but I can't say for sure that it was the house, and everyone else in my group was fine. There was some difficulty / delay in getting the access details, but once I did everything went very smoothly.
