Very beat up and dated hotel. Rooms clean though.. I want a partial refund on this stay! Free breakfast was mostly non existent. Juice machine broken down. No pastries, no other food items except yogurt and cereal. We couldn’t use the hot tub or pool as every time we went, it was overflowing with parties of people. Desk attendant never at the front desk. Items in our room not working, microwave and many outlets . We couldn’t hear up our meals . Also we had to move lamps and my hairdryer etc around the room to find an outlet that did work . Extremely loud at night and in the mornings! Thin walls and folks who weren’t aware of volume control. We would’ve left and found a different hotel but didn’t have the time as we were in St James for my Fathers Funeral … Was a miserable experience!!! Will never stay there again.

This is a decent budget hotel for the frugal and thrifty. Clean, all the usual amenities. Breakfast was typical, with enough choices to make it worthwhile. The switch on my bedside lamp did not work, but we managed.

Comfortable bed

The beds were comfortable and the service was good. The furniture is dated and the linens are definitely a little warn. The outside of the hotel could use some work with landscaping, pulling weeds, to make it more inviting Breakfast was minimal with waffles, yogurt & canned peaches. Overall it was fine for our two night stay.
