The hotel denied my booking.I had to book two days to stay one day in the room I booked,which was one person in a double room with bathroom.I was not happy .

El hotel no tiene un buen manejo de las reservas, llegamos por la noche y nos dijeron que nuestra reservación no existía y que no tenian disponibilidad. Y no hicieron nada para ayudarnos a buscar hospedaje. No les importo y tuvimos que salir a buscar por culpa de ellos.
