When we checked in, it was late and we were tired. Apparently there was a kid’s baseball tournament over the weekend and there were kids running around the lobby without shoes on. As we were waiting in line, one of the hotel employees was yelling at the kids to stop running. Then she proceeded to go and stand behind one of the computer kiosks, and we made eye contact with her several times assuming she would check us in. Apparently that was not her job though. We continued to wait for several minutes while she typed. There were kids running up and down the hallways on our floor. Fortunately once we got in the room we couldn’t hear them as well. The room was ok but felt old and weathered and there was mold inside the picture in the bathroom. The light next to my side of the bed was so dim that it was basically useless, but I really didn’t feel like braving the hallways one more time to ask someone about it.

Plenty of parking spots. Plenty of places to eat close by to hotel. Clean inside and outsider. Good service by employees. Kids love the pool there!

Paying for the breakfast was not worth it. It was not cooked well and fruit was frozen. Bathroom wall had a hole in it that a as duck taped close, furniture was from the 70s, and children were running down the hallways all hours of the night

Hotel is older and in need of updating. Our room was dark and older. My 2-year-old needed a bath, and the tub was not suitable for this. The mat was moldy and lifting; there was pieces of plastic and dirt floating in the tub.

Exquisite care!

This hotel provided excellent hospitality. They were able to answer my questions, including being able to check in early and concerned that I wasn’t gonna be to the property until very late for the event that I was attending. They provided great breakfast and was an excellent host!

The a/c in my room did not work from the moment I checked in. When calling for assistance in fixing, there was conflicting information provided, a condescending employee that did not fix the problem, and a night spend in a room that did not go below 74°.
