The location is the absolute best with beach access. There was a comfortable bar outside facing the beach. The breakfast was better than expected. My kids loved the pool and hottub which connected indoor to outdoor.

Hampton Inn waterfront was top notch! It was a great location for the beach. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Beach had accessibility for wheelchairs to get down to the lake. The hotel was very clean! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There is an outside bar, restaurant on the top floor, live music certain nights on the patio, plenty of space for kids to play yard games, swing, or sit in the sand. Inside/ outside hot tub and inside pool. This hotel is definitely a great place to stay for couples or families!

I absolutely adore this place and return every single chance I get. The location is perfection. Aside from the location, hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at (I’ve stayed at a lot). The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and new. The property inside is immaculate. The hot tub is stunning. The swing outside was a favorite. Endless activities and entertainment right out the door. Fire pits and games and a bar with tons of seating options. The breakfast was top tier. But aside from all of those things, the staff are truly amazing. They are there to help you in anyway possible and go so far above and beyond. It was honestly the little things that really really got me. A young man saw me struggling with all my stuff and kids and he stopped what he was doing and pushed the elevator button for me and held the door. Or the breakfast guy who went in the back and got something for my son to make him happy. Or the managers being as sweet and kind as possible and just plain friendly. It’s a real comfortable and inviting and wholesome environment. The beds are also pretty great!

The property was beautiful. The view is great, but only having your room is clean every other day seems ridiculous while in Europe, they clean them every day and give a deluxe breakfast for free instead of a very basic set of food.

Hotel itself was very nice with a lot of amenities and beautiful outdoor area with multiple fire pits, nice outdoor beach bar, pool, lounging areas all with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. We loved that you could just walk out the door and be at the beach. There was a playground and cute beach shack (not part of the actual hotel) selling food and drinks as well Two other playgrounds behind the hotel within walking distance too. So really nice if you have kids. Free hot breakfast was great. Good amount of options and they kept replenishing items so you didn’t feel rushed to try and get there super early. Rooms were really nice. We had a lake view room which is definitely worth it to be able to sit outside on the balcony to enjoy the view. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We went to the restaurant on the 5th floor one of the nights and it was great as well Bonus we were able to bring our dog with us.

Just a great location and layout. The lake side patio has a lot to offer with the bar, fire pits, lounge seating, sunning, and music. The restaurant was excellent as well.

Very convenient, quiet, and comfortable. Very clean, food options onsite, really hard to beat the location. Enjoyed the balcony. The room was a little small, but I was on the beach most of the time anyway. Slept great.
