Cozy room for couple or family. Shell residence is 5-10mins. Walking distance to Mall Of Asia and 5mins. Drive to City of Dreams, Okada, Solaire and so much more. Our place is very convenient when you are going to the airport since it’s 10-15 mins. Drive using the express way.
Shell residence has a 24/7 CCTVs on every corner of the bldg and its very safe and has a friendly environment.. there are restaurants, Grocery store, massage spa and salon in the bldg.
The space
The unit is 32sqm in size and equipped with 42” TV with 200mbps unlimited WiFi with Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos and Disney plus. The kitchen has all the basic things that you need from cooking to dinning, toilet has a heater for the shower. 1 Queen size bed in the room, wardrobe and double size bed in the living room with 4 seater couch.
Guest access
Guest can access the pool area and play ground for the kids. There is a pool fee of 150 each during regular days whole day pass and 300 each during public holiday.
Other things to note
Walking distance to Mall of Asia, Very close to Okada, Solaire, City Of Dreams, airport sea scape, sea side, PICC, star City and a lot more. There is also a Taxi bay just in front of the bldg.
