I forgot my pasalubong and medication inside the fridge. When i called to inform FD. Guy who answered could not contact housekeeping and told me that he will contact me. No calls or txt whatsoever. Next day, no one is answering the FD number not until 8:00 am. I got a text from Jayme of HK and talked to her. Items i hv left were no where to be found and she told me were disposed which is very weird as SOP on lost and found items should have been followed. I demand this gets investigated and corrected not only for me but future guests

This property is very convenient, especially if you are watching a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. When I booked it, I just knew it was within very close walkable proximity of the coliseum....I didn't realize the coliseum was actually connected to the mall which was connected to/housed the hotel. It was so convenient! There were a lot of dining and shopping options in the mall and surrounding area too. The hotel room was modern and clean. They even had a water filler on each floor so you don't have to go buy bottled water! That is such a luxury, especially at places where you can't drink out of the tap. I highly recommend this property!

For the price, a very good place to stay. Food is similar to nearby Novotel as they have the same chef- less options but good spread nonetheless. I got a free upgrade for my stay which was nice. My only gripe is that they charge a lot of money for a lost room card.
