The room was horrible dirty bathroom dirty and had a water leak under the sink in the bathroom housekeeping had call everyday which they was not consistent on cleaning the room also wasn’t consistent with bringing or cleaning bed room or bringing towels which had to request every day and they said they were completely out towels for day I had never experimented staying in hotels like that every this hotel was discussing I rate this hotel a negative 10 Very poor rating

No help even with something like water. Situated in not good area with concerns over walking outside Room was not clean and had nasty smell Electricity box on the wall was not covered and had loose wires which looked as though they might be live

Alice on Wonderland

Unassuming entrance to the hotel, but pleasant spacious rooms. Lift in service so easy to make your way out. A bit odd; the furniture are stylish and contemporary and yet there are no basic toiletry like hair and body wash. There is a 7-11 adjacent to the hotel. Unfortunately our neighbour were having a full-on loud karaoke party. The walls are not soundproof at all so we could feel the vibrations of the bass. The staff went out of their way to politely remind them to lower their volume but it was a futile effort. Apologetically, they transferred us to a different room for the rest of our stay. Lastly, had to take one star; there was a cockroach in the new room we transferred that I had the misfortune to kill with my slipper, and few smaller ones scuttling around the room and inside the clothes cupboard. Overall, excellent service from the reception staff, stylish furniture, lost a star to a cockroach, and misfortune to share a floor with noisy neighbours. Like a bit of Alice in Wonderland. An interesting mix of good characters and unassuming villains.

Problem is with the parking slot. It is expensive you need to pay for 150 pesos per night even if you are booked at the hotel.
