Check-in was cumbersome.. Bedframe was busted and I had to reset the under the bed frame mounts a few times.Had to source 2 new condo keys because the keys I had broke twice while trying to open the door. Bad key design. Internet service was not great, disconnected

She seems to be a dishonest person that involves double booking of rooms and no refund to be made. If you are lucky, she will fit you in a lower rate room and blaming you for improper booking. Avoid this owner at all cost.
