Giving this hostel 4 star due to staff’s great customer service and friendliness. The place has a great location as it’s very close to all amenities which you can easily walk to many areas you wish to see. This hostel is very easy for local drivers to find. Price is reasonable and cheaper than many other hotels and hotels nearby however, it would be great to see this place with complete clean up so they can attract more people and visitors to come in. Common areas outside of this hostel is neat and tidy. Room needs a good cleaning and better beddings. Having said that, no one can beat the customer service I have encountered.

Good air conditioning unit inside the room. Front desk was very helpful in coordinating my follow on flight to Boracay. The step up from the room in the bathroom was unique. Water pressure was good. Good deal for the Money and close proximity to NIAi airport. The shuttle to the Terminal 3 for my early flight went smoothly.

I will definitely stay there again it is so convenient! Especially when you are departing from NAIA the following morning. They have a nice buffet style breakfast included and the complementary shuttle was clean and efficient and in general the service was great!

I love that the friendly and accommodating staff let us checkin as early as 6am as we arrived from a long commute from the province. I always book to this hotel as it is only 5 minutes away from the airport, with free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is very close to a lot of amenities and food chains below the hotel. The room is clean, and breakfast is included.
