Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This spacious basement suite in a duplex offers complete privacy with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces. Featuring three comfortable bedrooms (one with a dedicated desk/workspace) and two full bathrooms, it's perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. The Anderson Cottage property is 10 minutes from the airport and campus with wifi free to use, and a fast 5 minute drive to Bill Snyder Stadium for Caturdays, perfect for a weekend or extended stay. Beautiful backyard with fire-pit and relaxing living room with a TV featuring HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

We love to enjoy the stunning Kansas sunsets on the porch or by the fire pit, so utilize our outdoor space and amenities! The chairs, grill and yard games around the fire pit is free to use. Perfect for refreshing get-away.

This lower unit of our duplex vacation rental home is an excellent choice for fans attending KSU events, group getaways, weekend or long-term stays, business and solo travel, and is setup well for families.
