This is a very well kept home and I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $200 eviction fee.

This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana, any excess cars or guests. We allow 2 cars maximum (No street or yard parking).

Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 21+ unless accompanied by parents staying in the home, and send ID upon booking. 6 adults maximum.

We care about our neighbors and our home and this behavior is not allowed at this property.
