Ideally nestled in the Mandelieu Riviera Resort holiday residence, just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, not far from the majestic Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, the train station, and a variety of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable vacation experience. With its underground parking space, swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis court, and children's playground, everything is in place for a most enjoyable stay. The apartment features a comfortable living room with a high-quality 160cm wide sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with a 160cm double bed and storage, and a second identical bedroom with a storage unit and a 160cm bed. The living room opens onto a terrace, perfect for memorable get-togethers with friends or family. The toilet is separate.
You will have two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and a vanity unit, and the other with a bathtub and a vanity unit.
Amenities include air conditioning. Upon arrival, you will find linens (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, shower gel bottles, and a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).
