Arranged over three perfectly designed levels, the villa has been thoughtfully laid out to make your stay easy and enjoyable, while encouraging shared moments. Picture yourself enjoying breakfast on the upper terrace, facing the horizon, before taking a refreshing dip in the private pool.

The spacious, light-filled living room opens onto the outdoor areas, extending convivial evenings around the dining table. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare all your meals with ease.
For your comfort, the entire villa is air-conditioned and features a practical pantry/laundry room. A dedicated office space is also available, allowing you to work remotely with peace of mind if needed.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room or bathroom, ensuring privacy for every member of your family or group.
• Master suite: double bed, full bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC), direct access to the pool.
• Bedroom 2: two single beds (convertible into a double), bathroom with shower and WC, direct access to the pool.
• Bedroom 3: double bed, bathroom with bathtub.
• Bedroom 4: double bed, bathroom with shower and separate WC, located on the lower level.
This layout allows each guest to enjoy their own personal space while sharing the same living areas around the pool and the lounge.

Your holidays will be enjoyed mainly outdoors, around the terraces and the pool. You will benefit from a large covered terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen (barbecue, pizza oven), perfect for summer lunches and dinners.
The private swimming pool (7 x 3 m) is ideal for afternoons of fun and relaxation.

Set on the hills in a peaceful, green residential area, the villa is still only a short drive from the beaches and the town centre. You also have access to a large carport and additional parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging stations.
All that remains is to choose the atmosphere: lazy days in the sun, quality time with family, or exploring the French Riviera.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
