Located on the heights of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Villa Embrun is a beautiful property, ideal for relaxing holidays on the French Riviera. You will enjoy a panoramic sea view over the Lérins Islands and the Cannes bay, just 9 km from La Croisette.

Fully air-conditioned and spread over 210 m² across two levels, this villa has been designed for both comfort and entertainment. On the ground floor, the double living room, equipped with a large screen, offers a convivial living space with direct access to the sea-view terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it perfect for family meals.

On level -1, you will find a practical laundry room for post-pool convenience (with washing machine, tumble dryer, and an American-style refrigerator). The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, most of which offer direct access to the outdoor areas, ensuring privacy and rest for everyone.
