Fantastic village house in Mancor de la Vall, at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, with private pool and capacity for 10 people.
Enjoy the village life in an exclusive environment and an incredible house where you will forget the everyday life. Outside you will find an wonderful 10 x 5 salt pool with a depth that goes from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. It is ideal for summer dips and it is surrounded by a fantastic garden where you will lie to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or prepare a barbecue with your friends. From there we get into the ground floor porch up some stairs. The porch is furnished to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbours so privacy is partial.

The 400 m2 accommodation is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and familiar living room where you can watch the TV or have a rest. It opens to the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, and with a comfortable island with stools to work easily, together with a dining area for 6 people where you will spend quality time with your loved ones while cooking. Apart from that, you will find an incredible dining room for 10 people. The first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, is also on the ground floor, as well as the second bedroom but this has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs we'll find the other three bedrooms, the three of them with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is AC in all bedrooms and in the kitchen-living room. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair ara at your disposal. The house also counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

This house is in Mancor, a lovely interior village close to Inca where you will find all services. The nearest beach is only 30 kms away in Puerto de Alcudia. From Mancor you can visit Lluc and Sierra de Tramuntana and enjoy the spectacular views where the sea and the mountain merge.

Wonderful villa

The house and the pool were excellent. Everything was clean and in very good condition. For families with very small children not to recommend as high chance of things getting broken / lots of delicate furniture. In terms of service: What would be nice is to have at least soap and 1-2 bottles of water in the fridge at arrival (esp because everything was closed in the village), a dish washer for this house size would definitely have helped as well.

Es sollte dringend darauf hingewiesen werden dass weder Abspülmittel noch Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden ist - ich denke es kommen doch Viele mit dem Flugzeug. Wir hatten mit der Sommerdecke nachts kalt - am Ende erwartete uns eine unerklärlich hohe Stromrechnung - wir waren kaum vor Ort und haben auch keine Klimaanlage benutzt ?! - Die Duschen funktioniete im Elternschlafzimmer nicht richtig - auch die toilette liess sich nicht immer spülen -

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Review: Wir verbrachten in der Unterkunft einen 10-tägigen Urlaub im August 2023 und waren insgesamt 7 Personen: 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (alle unter 10 Jahre alt). Uns ist es leider aufgrund zahlreicher Umstände und Geschehnisse und vor allem der Art, wie von Seiten der Vermieter und der Agentur aus damit umgegangen wurde, nicht möglich, mehr als 2 Sterne zu geben. Geplant war eine Ankunft gegen 16 Uhr und uns wurde versichert, dass uns ab 16 Uhr das Betreten des Hauses möglich sein wird. In einer E-Mail wurde erklärt, dass sich der Schlüssel in einer mit einem Zahlenschloss versehenen Box befindet und wie diese zu öffnen ist etc. Wir kamen um 17 Uhr an (hatten dies zuvor der Agentur per Mail mitgeteilt) und standen vor verschlossenen Toren und einer leeren Schlüsselbox. Nach 5 Anrufen bei der zur Verfügung gestellten Nummer und ständigem „In 10 Minuten kommt jemand…“, wurde uns nach 45 min Wartezeit die Tür aufgemacht; eine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung bezüglich der Verspätung oder der leeren Schlüsselbox bekamen wir nicht (laut Aussage der Person am Telefon, wohnen die Vermieter auch nur ein Haus weiter/sind direkte Nachbarn). Die zwei Vermieter, die wir antrafen, konnten leider beide kein Englisch und eine Verständigung war nur mühsam und stockend über Übersetzer-Apps möglich. Zu unserem Schrecken mussten wir feststellen, dass sich direkt vor dem Haus, die ganze Straße entlang, eine Baustelle befand. Komplette Ignoranz … liegt aktuell in Anwaltshänden.
