Unfortunately the organisation on arrival is a bit disappointing there are staff wandering around and only 2 people on reception so if there’s a q of peopke checking/out - it can take 20 mins to get keys to your room.

3 night stay in January 2026, Great location just off Deansgate at the shopping end. Nice decor, modern and funky. Staff very friendly. Easy check in. Room was very clean and serviced each day... tea coffee etc in room. Cocktail bar was relaxed and pleasant place at the end of the day. Breakfast choice was very good. Would recommend and stay again.
