Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Not luxurious!

These are not luxury apartments! Cleanliness was poor, in need of decorating and the beds were very uncomfortable (broken slats and could feel the springs) glass left at side of bed from last guest. Key collection was a good 10 mins from hotel, but text correspondence was ok.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2022
