Room was clean and tidy, spacious and well appointed. Staff at reception great. Misunderstanding at breakfast from staff member who couldn't correctly remember our room number caused a delay and some frustration in us getting it, but sorted in the end. Breakfast busy but plentiful.

This was my third stay at the Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre, and I would definitely choose it again. Its proximity to Piccadilly Station is unbeatable, the rooms are consistently spotless, and the breakfast is truly superb.

Rooms were really good - clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was bright and clean, staff were good, food was excellent. A great choice of options for breakfast. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the location was ideal for Piccadilly Station or Piccadilly Gardens - would be a great options for visiting the Christmas markets.
