Ideal location for shopping in Trafford centre , hotel staff were lovley and so was the food & service Down point was the cleanliness of the room floors all dirty marks comfy chair in room stained and sticky & dirty marks on towels and bed sheets. Noticed when stripping bed leaving the hotel that the mattresses where dirty sell as the mattress protectors so I’m assuming they have not been changed previously before out stay

Useful location, good transport network. Good internet, basic food, lacked information on local area. Disappointed with limited facilities and no complimentary drinking water in rooms , bizarre! Otherwise a handy place to get your head down.

All of the staff were very polite and courteous. There was a variety of food options for breakfast and the cooked food was good. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

A modern excellent hotel with decent breakfast. One staff member (Ellis, who was excellent) doing check in at ~2:15pm. A queue of at least 10 groups waiting to check in. He was working ++ to clear the backlog whilst using his personal charm to chat with guests. Room cleanliness excellent apart from crisp packet, Maltesers and empty milk cartons lying on the floor under the beds.

Unfortunately having very loud people in the room above us which kept us up all hours once I reported this at 2.30am the staff sorted this and we were able To sleep again . Staff were very polite and efficient would recommend to others .
