Worst Front Desk experience ever

The worst check in I have ever experienced. My 11 year old daughter was with me, we were in the lobby for over 2 hours at check in and did not get our room key until after 1am. Front desk lady was horrible and was telling other guests checking in that my daughter and I were making her life difficult. I did ask her to please not speak of my child to other guests and her exact response was “I don’t care.”

It was a nice hotel, but Iocated on a very busy street...leaving the hotel parking lot could be tricky. Inside the hotel, you could not hear the traffic. Front desk staff was courteous.

I had an issue with my room not being cleaned daily . I was there for the weekend and I never received clean towels without asking. My room wasn’t cleaned until I asked several times. A beautiful hotel maybe that is a policy that needs to be looked at. Even ask if want room cleaned or towels daily
