I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk employee during my stay last night September 22 (unfortunately I don’t recall his name).
Although I had made and fully paid for my reservation through Expedia, the employee initially denied the existence of my booking. Only after my repeated insistence did he finally locate the reservation and provide me with the room. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest.
This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with this same individual—it has already happened to me twice. Furthermore, I have personally heard other guests express similar complaints about him. Such conduct not only causes unnecessary stress for guests but also damages the hotel’s reputation.
I kindly request that the hotel management take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same experience.
